Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Everyone I talked to warned me that this is the worst of the US National parks so, I started today with low expectations. My daughter joined me for the trip. Brandywine falls was the first stop which was a nice waterfall but the hike on Brandywine Gorge and Stanford trails was a tad boring in an oak forest. The most exciting wildlife were robins and black squirrels. I felt like the squirrels were trying to drop acorns on us from above. The second hike on the Ledges trail was much better. There were cool rock formations, so we did the entire loop while stopping to check out numerous sandstone layers.
