Cliffs of Neuse State Park - North Carolina

The cliffs are not impressive as they are really just a small bluff on the side of the Neuse River, but the park has nice walking trails. None of the trails are over 2 miles. if you combine all of them, they make a decent hike. There is also a man-made lake for swimming and boating in the summer. It was raining for my hike so, I did not see anyone on the trails or at the lake. I am pretty sure it was from leaves decomposing, but it was unsettling to see a red creek.
