I have been to parts of this park before including a tour of the USS Constitution, so I walked the rest of the Freedom trail excluding the wharves. After braving the subway, I started in Boston Common and may now be a background walker in the TV show Boston Blue that was filming there. The trail leads to numerous old buildings, cemeteries and where historic events occurred. There are statues of Samuel Adams and Paul Revere every few blocks and both are buried at one of the stops. That cemetery also has John Hancock although I found the gravestones interesting with lots of skull/crossbones that were popular in that time period. There is only a marker where the Boston massacre took place but many other buildings are intact such as meeting houses and the Old North Church.
