The area got about 8 inches of new snow which made the park beautiful but not the easiest to hike. The trail to Lake Ontario was nice and had floating ice near the built up edges. It looked cold and dangerous. I went part of the way along the Bluff trail but turned back as the area was open for hunting and I looked way too much like a deer wearing my beige puffy coat with black pants.
